حرصًا منا على سلامة وجودة المنتجات، جميع مبيعات العطور والتقسيمات نهائية ولا يمكن استرجاعها أو استبدالها بعد استلام الطلب.

نظرًا لطبيعة منتجات العطور واعتبارها من المنتجات الشخصية التي لا يمكن إعادة بيعها بعد فتحها، فإننا لا نقبل طلبات الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال في الحالات التالية:

نحتفظ بحق رفض أي طلب لا يستوفي الشروط أعلاه.
